Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Original receipts must be included with all returns and exchanges.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or [phone number] to request a return or exchange authorization.
- Once you have received a return or exchange authorization, please pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the original receipt.
- Ship the item back to the company address:
- Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item back to us.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same steps as initiating a return. We will ship the replacement item to you as soon as possible.
